The Production of Gallery wall mirrors follows a 16 stage AQL Quality Control process which highlights their unique manufacturing abilities:
• Every mitre (corner) is underpinned, glued, nailed and then reinforced with a corner plate
• Frames are individually rubbed down, touched up and polished
• Glass is silicon glued into the frame
• Glue is used to bond glass to 3mm MDF backboard
• Each completed frame is 100% hand-made and finished as a complete frame
• Each product is individually packed
