Delivery

All products are carefully checked before despatch to customers. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery although we would hope to complete your order sooner than this and some wall art can be delivered within 2 weeks.

All our furniture is delivered by a professional 2-man team. Delivery will cost £40 (+ VAT) to mainland UK addresses on purchases of under £500 and will be FREE above that amount. We also offer delivery to other UK addresses but a surcharge is payable. You will be given a time-slot of either between 8:00am and 1:00pm or between 12:00 noon and 6:00pm. Please enquire about the possibility of evening delivery. In addition to this the delivery crew will normally call one hour in advance of their expected arrival time in order to allow you to get home from work etc to take delivery. Our delivery service includes basic assembly of furniture items. Please ensure the items you purchase fit into your home, through your front door and all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point. We will not remove doors or windows in order for delivery access, nor will we deliver to the room of choice if access is denied if it is not possible to do so without causing damage to the property or if it puts either of our delivery crew at risk under health and safety legislation.

Wall art will be delivered to addresses in the UK by courier or Royal Mail for a standard delivery charge of £10 (+ VAT) per item.

Unfortunately, due to the large number of breakages, we are unable to deliver mirrors except for addresses with a Bromley postal code.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with any purchase from Allure Wall Decor and offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your items we will provide a full refund of the purchase price of the goods (less our actual  post and packing costs) and the buyer is responsible for any carriage costs on the return (see also ‘Damaged Items’ below). However we are unable to offer refunds for items which we have customized for you.

Damaged Items

All furniture that we deliver is packed to a high standard and our professional carriers are fully aware of the care needed with each individual item. Once your purchase is delivered to your property our carriers will unwrap and check your item for any damage.

All Products. Please note that we can not be held responsible for damage once you have signed and accepted delivery. Signing unchecked on the delivery notes will not be accepted in the case of a claim.
